The hub is more confusing to use than standard social media.

Great Platform but painful on boarding and customer support

What do you like best? The platform and the people at Influitive are great. What do you dislike? The process to onboard and get marketing/sales teams trained and ready to launch is not a good one. The leadership must educate people in the company to be more proactive, allow for more hand-holding for less than proficient digital team members. What do you like best? Ease of use, hands down. Influitive is a great product for advocate marketing and advocacy. There are other products that can partially do what Influitive does but no other products do exactly everything that Influitive does. It just works! An excellent tool for advocate engagement

What do you like best? It gamifies advocate engagement to the point where it's not too "cheesy" on their end. Participation feels organic and can be as serious or fun as you want it to be. I feel this was something other vendors attempted but could never do as well. What do you dislike? It's a growing vendor so there can still be a few dents in the software here and there. What do you like best? The flexibility that allows you to scale for your business, meaning it has huge long term value and is not a flash in the pan solution - no brainer What do you dislike?
