What do you like best? This is a great tool to help motivate and engage your advocates to take action. What do you dislike? Occasionally the site becomes unresponsive, but it's not usually for very long. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a solid platform for customer advocacy and they have excellent support. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It allows you to be really creative, and it's fun to come up with challenges/campaigns. Also a great platform for getting to know your customers better, but in an automated and streamlined way. What do you like best? They have a large library of resources to assist you to create new content and to use their tools. They also have coaches that help you define goals and more importantly to reach them! What do you like best? It helps me automate and streamline acts of advocacy What do you dislike? The UX/UI generally is super clunky. The system has CONSTANT outages and bugs. It's really frustrating to have to work around the system that's supposed to be enabling you. The email functionality is laughable - they send daily challenge digest emails "every day at 12pm EST", but more often they're sent around 3pm, and once they were sent at 7pm, which is unacceptable.
