What do you like best? Great place to engage with customers. integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Sendoso, etc. make it easy to manage customer references, asks, etc. I love the channel feature to be able to group challenges by category. What do you like best? Influitive has a great CSM and onboarding team who take a lot of time to help you get running. If you're looking for a very robust customer community hub, they have gamification, discussion board, referral page, and a lot of other gadgets built in ready to go for you. What do you dislike?
