Recently it would not let me transfer my money off of the wallet. It showed my transferable balance as 0 but my wallet balance had the correct amount. I really wish I had read reviews before using this wallet... it is a rip off as claimed. It seems most of the positive reviews I've seen are suspiciously viet, so I think most of their base is vietnamese, legit or not. That aside, I think my Cardano tokens is basically lost. I transferred it in and staked it to Moonstake (4). I now cannot find a way to unstake it and/or transfer it out. When I go to try to "change validator", it's saying I have 0 ADA staked... and I can't actually change to ...

Horrible experience completely a scam project,,, customer service zero, they will stole your money,,,, when I ask them regards my transactions they told me I sold all my assets..... which I didn’t... highly not recommended.. they ask you to never share your password or phrases in the meantime they will stole your assets politely..

Fehlerhafter App und absolut mangelhafter Support

Vor 1 Woche wollte ich im Infinito wallet meine 136 BNB zu USDT umtauschen. Klingt ganz einfach, nicht wahr? Die BNB waren sofort weg , aber nach 2 Tagen Abwarten keine USDT im Infinito wallet erschienen. Noch 2 weitere Tage unzählige emails mit Infinito Support (Alice), am Ende kein Ergebnis, mir wurde empfohlen, ich sollte das Problem mit Changelly Transfer Service (der Transfer-Partner von Infinito) SELBST lösen!!! Also keine effiziente Unterstützung von Infinito!! Bei Changelly hat man ...
