"Strong tool, few things need tweaking"

What do you like best? Easy to use, nice UI and login, responsive customer service team What do you dislike? Data isn't perfect, doesn't score particularly fast back in SFDC. Also, would be nice if it took both behavioral and demographic info into account in its base product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? highlighting best leads to send to Sales, to increase conversion rate

What do you like best about Infer? The lead and account models we have with Infer work very well to help us focus on the best leads and accounts in our CRM. The UI is intuitive, and the platform is easy to use once you get used to the concepts of predictive analytics. I particularly like the ability to create lead and account profiles based on any firmographic and demographic data in Infer as well as any fields in salesforce.
