inDinero is the internet's best money tracking system.

What do you like best? The user experience with inDinero is intuitive and seamless. I like the responsiveness of the program, and that it can sync with my personal info. What do you dislike? I want to be able to forecast my business finances for me, but that is probably not possible right now. Recommendations to others considering the product: Buy it now and try it out. You won't be disappointed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Easy to learn and use

What do you like best? The program is very easy to use and more sophisticated than Excel. What do you dislike? I would like to have more flexibility in the program, especially making smaller changes in the line items. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits are clear: easy to use. I would like to be able to do a more comprehensive financial work.

Great customer service but some frustrating features

What do you like best? I appreciate the speedy responsiveness and the easy to navigate interface. What do you dislike? The process for tracking 1099s is not seamless. There is no place to enter FEIN or SSN so at the end of the year, you have to fill out a spreadsheet with that information. And the whole process to pay a bill is tedious. It's 4 or 5 steps to actually get the bill paid and recurring bills are not paid automatically. It is basically the same process as a one time bill ...

unbiased inDinero review from a user

What do you like best? I like the UI and ease of reporting. I find it very intuitive and the ability to set up multiple tax entities under the corporate umbrella is super helpful. What do you dislike? Custom features and reporting are a pain to request. Also data extracts don't integrate directly into SaS software systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: if you company has less than 500 employees and/or 500MM in annualized revenue this is a great source ...

inDinero - An Affordable All-In-One Accounting Solution

What do you like best? The cloud-based accounting insights and easy-use bill-pay system offers an intuitive solution for the basics of managing your business' finances. Receipt tracking is easy by emailing receipts to the account team. What do you dislike? Since starting with inDinero I've seen account management quality slip, a single point of contact has been split into three to four contacts, and the accounting teams seem less familiar with my business than our old account ...

Great for small businesses!

What do you like best? Easy to use interface and great automation for daily bookkeeping needs. What do you dislike? The pricing was a bit steep for my needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used inDinero for employee payroll.

inDinero

What do you like best? inDinero is solid product which has a great cloud-based platform with an easy on the eyes UI. One of the key pieces is that it matches accountants to take care of your books, taxes, etc. This allows you to focus on other areas of your business instead of the housekeeping. What do you dislike? There are a couple things - first its takes a while to get the taxes done. It's a bit on the pricey side. If you want a descent deal you need to dish out a little bit of ...

Not for anyone

What do you like best? The Dashboard - but its not accurate (we found out that their API doesn't hook up accurately to our bank's). AR aging, balance sheet and P&L reports are good. What do you dislike? Totally agree with how incompetent their client service team is, on asking for the same things repeatedly. This is due to their high turnover rate. They have to fix this, or many clients like us will turn away. Bank API is consistently broken, so dashboard is about a month old. ...

Terrible service, inaccurate tax filings and accounting

What do you like best? It _is_ nice to see P&L online, but it is always outdated by about a month. Their value proposition is a good one, if they actually followed through with it. What do you dislike? Terrible customer support, completely inaccurate tax filings. We've used inDinero for over 2 years, always hoping they'll get better, but it has just gotten worse. Right now it is close to the end of July and our corporate taxes are still not done, in fact every time they think they ...

RUN AWAY!

What do you like best? Absolutely nothing. This is the worst platform I've ever worked with. What do you dislike? The entire platform is designed to keep a client hostage. Drilling into detailed data is nearly impossible. The client service team repeatedly asks for copies of invoices passed onto them on several occassions. Recurring billing templates are not flexible. Their billing templates repeatedly break and send unprofessional looking messages to our clients. ...
