Great service, but didn't work out for me

What do you like best? They are very attentive, follows up consistently and their system works really well. It's superbly easy to get an overview of your business finances. What do you dislike? I'm not a US citizen, so I lacked basic understanding of how business finances in the US work. Especially differences between LLC, sole proprietor, C-corp taxing, etc. were all brand new to me. Pretty easy to use for expenses

What do you like best? It's easy to submit multiple things at a time. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't use other currencies What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting expenses after work travel for reimbursement. It's easy and fast.

Very friendly and responsive

What do you like best? Indinero is always there when you have questions and concerns. They're patient and willing to take the time to explain anything for clarification. What do you dislike? Nothing. Everything is great and they're always there when you need them to be. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be afraid to ask questions What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Proper organization of financial data.

Easy-to-use Alternative to Big Box Software

What do you like best? I like the ability to segment user permissions, and how user-friendly the product is. It's very similar to other software used for accounting, but at a much more favorable price point. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting features could use some work. Great customer service but some frustrating features

What do you like best? I appreciate the speedy responsiveness and the easy to navigate interface. What do you dislike? The process for tracking 1099s is not seamless. There is no place to enter FEIN or SSN so at the end of the year, you have to fill out a spreadsheet with that information. And the whole process to pay a bill is tedious. It's 4 or 5 steps to actually get the bill paid and recurring bills are not paid automatically. It is basically the same process as a one time bill ...

What do you like best? I like the UI and ease of reporting. I find it very intuitive and the ability to set up multiple tax entities under the corporate umbrella is super helpful. What do you dislike? Custom features and reporting are a pain to request. Also data extracts don't integrate directly into SaS software systems. What do you like best? The user experience with inDinero is intuitive and seamless. I like the responsiveness of the program, and that it can sync with my personal info. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are many aspects of the inDinero product that I like best. First would be the white-glove customer service, then the super simple ease-of-use, our scheduled monthly reconciliation meetings, and how quick the team responds to all inquiries.
