"Everything we need, all in one place."

What do you like best about Incident IQ? I can track the entire life of a device in my district. From easily adding the device to the system, assigning to a user, fielding tickets, to decommission. What do you like best about Incident IQ? I like the ease of everything! It's very simplistic. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? I wish there were more customizable options but I'm sure more is to come. What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? Definitely solving the issue of not knowing what computer belongs to who.

What do you like best about Incident IQ? I like the response via email the best. This keeps the requester informed and up to date. I also like the aspect of just needing to send an email. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? In the emailed responses, there is a lot of extraneous stuff. It is a little difficult to read through for the latest message/current status.
