"IncidentIQ has many useful tools and is user friendly, however, more improvements could be made."
What do you like best about Incident IQ? I enjoy the user friendly interfaces, the depth of the custom filters and views, and all of the options for working with tickets, such as adding custom actions and having different options to resolve tickets. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? I would change a few things, most notably the performance, which seems to get slower the longer the webpage is open. "Great Experience with IIQ"
What do you like best about Incident IQ? The best thing about Incident IQ has the been having your inventory inside the ticketing system. It makes it so easy to link the user's electronic devices to their ticket. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? Theres not much downsides to using Incident IQ. There is one thing that I would like. What do you like best about Incident IQ? The extremely intuitive user interface requires very little training, and with a few simple clicks, your users can place work orders. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? Increased feature sets have increased administrative tasks, at some point the administration might need to be re-worked and consolidated. "Everything we need, all in one place."
What do you like best about Incident IQ? I can track the entire life of a device in my district. From easily adding the device to the system, assigning to a user, fielding tickets, to decommission. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? Need to have the dashboard auto-refresh. Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ: It's a great product built for education.
