What do you like best? What I like best is, primarily, the ease of implementation. It took no time at all to get up and running versus the days or weeks from the competitor we switched from. Incapsula WAF and CDN

What do you like best? WAF : ability to configure traffic filtering rules to a very granular level at the same time immediate applications. Also it has an easy to use panel. The bot rate and stammers drastically reduced by 94% in a week's time. CDN: nearly a free CDN worked wonders for my applications that were not CDN fronted like our SSO What do you dislike? How to avoid DDOS

What do you like best? The fact that Imperva Incapsula is able to look at and filter the traffic incoming to our web sites and prevent our pipe from being filled when an attack is attempted. What do you dislike? It's interesting to see the traffic that is filtered, but much of the email alerts are bothersome. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our web presence is kept up and available by using this product.

Incapsula protects your website by stopping your customers from ordering from you

Incapsula is used to protect websites. For weeks, I've been denied access to log into Just-Eat.dk, except if I use VPN to mask my IP address.The Just-Eat.dk customer service cannot figure out how to turn it off. Incapsula does not have end-user help or offer any other explanation, except contact the website administrator which is funny because how will you find the website administrator's contact info if the website cannot be accessed
