What do you like best about Improvado? Their willingness to explore options and to bring forth custom solutions in order to achieve success. What do you dislike about Improvado? Parts of the internal UI could be improved. What problems is Improvado solving and how is that benefiting you? Improvado has helped relieve the pressures of consolidating disparate sets of data together, which has helped to save a lot of time that can be dedicated for other business-related tasks.

What do you like best about Improvado? The interface, out-of-the-box Google Data Studio visualizations, and # of native API data connections are easily the best aspects of Improvado. The development credits that you can use to have them develop new API connections is also a nice touch and a key differentiator in their category of SaaS! What do you dislike about Improvado? "Easy set up and automation for large scale data flows."

What do you like best about Improvado? Setting up Improvado has been a breeze. Once the destination is configured, adding new data sources is a pretty seamless process. It's also fully customizable when compared to other platforms. What do you dislike about Improvado? Custom data loads and support projects beyond the off the shelf products have been lacking in quality and speed. Response times are not great for one-off requests and support. "Great APIs and Database solution from the onset, with kind and quality service!"

What do you like best about Improvado? API code, friendly and willing service from David and his team. What do you dislike about Improvado? Long waits for requests, data pipeline can improve, ie de-duping logic. What problems is Improvado solving and how is that benefiting you? Using their pre-written APIs for analysis and automated dashboarding. Having a pipeline, database, and outside engineering team has been very helpful while we develop one on our own.

What do you like best about Improvado? The flexibility of the product that the team can build custom connectors to data sources not connected yet. The customer support team is responsible and supportive of business needs. What do you dislike about Improvado? The user experience especially the data prep tool needs to be improved. What problems is Improvado solving and how is that benefiting you? Making multiple marketing data sources automated, robust reporting and instant insights.
