What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The support provided and the customization it offers to our sales reps What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Sometimes it's challenging to get to the bottom of the issues our integration causes. But the rep is always helpful in resolving problems. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's providing our Sales Reps a way to communicate with our company in a helpful and collaborative way.

Dashboard/portal view for the partners is simple yet provides a ton of information in an easy-to-read format. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Mapping other environments to sync with Salesforce. When connection a Sandbox environment and configuring everything, there should be a quick way to clone all of those setting directly to Production. Having to map everything multiple times ...
