"Mediocre experience with Impartner but working with Shad Clark has been really great so far"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? I'm not a huge fan actually because we don't control our own destiny and most changes have to go thru them. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? the difficulty in upgrading, the fact that we need them to do significant changes and it often costs more $, also we had a horrible CSM before they finally assigned us to work with Shad Clark and so far he is great. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The ease of use from a Partner perspective. The ability to automate some workflows and syncing to our CRM. The helpful Customer Portal for support and training. And how helpful our team was in onboarding and customer success management, like Reed Fruehan. "Impartner as a stand-alone PRM"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We are just at the tail end of implementation but I enjoy how easy it is to control/administer and design. It's giving our company a tool to administer, train, account for MDF funds and communicate with our partners that we did not have before.
