"Platform does what it says"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We were able to implement quickly (even with a customized instance), the workflows and segmentation are relatively easy to set up, and the content management system is easy to work with. We also experience very little downtime. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Also our rep Mathew has been a big help getting us set up and has always been available whenever we need anything to make sure we get the most out of the tool. The pricing model of modules - is too restrictive What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We moved two old platforms onto one and created a SSO for the third. We are growing daily usage and the overall customer base. We have partners using the PRM for information, detail and also access to development tools.
