"Top solution on market with non-developer flexibility"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? As a non-developer I was able to build my company's partner portal with good guidance from my project manager and the prepared training videos. If I couldn't figure something out, my project manager or her developers found me answers or workarounds. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
