What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Kevin walked me through an issue I was having with data synching between platforms. He quickly fixed and showed me how to solve it if that type of issue occurred in the future. We also walked through some reporting that will help me easily identify user types as well as some good ideas for managing user access on an ongoing basis. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Using Impartner PRM is extremely easy. It makes for a smooth experience. Definitely recommend. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? There isn't anything that comes to mind that I dislike. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not currently having any issues which needs resolving.

I am new and still trying to fully get to know Impartner, but it has been a good experience. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping support our partners and also allows us to track activity and increase revenue. Helps simplify work for us.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? I like the ease of use. Its very simple and easy to train others on. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Sometimes I dislike how I have to lick an item to get it to respond it may be an internet issue but it feels like it happens from time to time. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Impartner is solving communication between the company and customers.

Partner Portal -streamlining onboarding and communications with partners. Very quick and thoughtful design and implementation.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The most helpful thing about Impartner is the team. The implementation and project managers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They do everything they can to help the end user get through the hurdles and make the portal what you envision for it.
