What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Automated workflow with onboarding processing. Great customer support team with prompt TAT. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Paid for services which did not received. No library with formulas to use in Chsnnel Intel. Only one video/training. Limited visualization. Implementation has been a little slow, seemingly due to resource shortage on Impartner's end. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Exclusive database to store and manage our partners as our other applications/tools do not accommodate this well.

Feature-rich platform that provides us the flexibility to fully customize our partner experience from the point of onboarding through co-branded marketing and deal registration.
