"Impartner PRM"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? From my limited experience with Impartner, it's been able to do a lot of the things we look for. From an admin perspective, it is easy to use and intuitive. CRM sync works as expected. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Because I have not gotten a chance to use CRM a lot, there are many functionalities that I'm not aware of. "Comprehensive PRM Platform"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Impartner helps maintain and organize all of our partners, and streamlines processes for my team. Additionally, we have a stellar account team including Scott Jager, Matt Hutchings and Gautam Gudaganatti. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? "Robust Partner Software but more customer guidance needed"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Impartner is the first tool we used for partner management - we are on the PX version which is very easily customizable and onboarding was relatively straightforward. The workflows and journeys are easy to build. Compared to competitors, this allowed for our sales reps to stay within the same process in our CRM and easy deal registration through our website and partner portal. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? I regularly work with Matthew Hutchings, as he is our Customer Success Manager. He is always super knowledgeable and helpful. What I like most about the software is the ability to take MDF requests and easily add all collateral for our partners to gather on a self-serve basis. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
