What do you like best about iMovie? It is a way to make movies on your phone. That is pretty amazing. What do you dislike about iMovie? I wish you had more options and variability of things you could do with videos. Recommendations to others considering iMovie: It seems to be the best middle ground of ease of use and quality. What problems is iMovie solving and how is that benefiting you? Made a couple funny videos for work, to raise morale I guess.

What do you like best about iMovie? iMovie is very intuitive. I'm particularly a fan of the new plug and play features, that allow you to create a movie or promo using a template. "The perfect tool for a video editing noob"

What do you like best about iMovie? I am a graphic designer by nature not video but I manage to provise my clients with nice quality short clips thanks to this software. I love how easy it is to edit, trim, place, speed up/down video to make the perfect clip What do you dislike about iMovie? The colour adjustments. It's free, it's easy to use, and it works across devices - I can easily switch back and forth between my iMac, my Macbook, and my iPad for a project (or even use my iPhone on the go) and while not all versions are exactly identical, it's not at all challenging to transition. "It's easy to use, convenient and makes a pretty good movie for certain types of projects"

What do you like best about iMovie? It allows you to load any movies you have in iPhoto automatically. It makes and saves the movie file and it's easy to put clips together and arrange music behind them. I also like that I can go back and edit movies I already made. It's easy to grab a clip of a movie and add it to a longer movie. It's easy to trim the ends of a movie.
