"Great for straightforward video editing."

What do you like best about iMovie? It is easy to use without too many bells and whistles to deal with. It is perfect for the editing I do, which is YouTube vlogging/podcasting. What do you dislike about iMovie? If someone wants to do complicated video editing with better options for titles, subtitles etc... then iMovie won't cut it. What problems is iMovie solving and how is that benefiting you? It is simple and free with my Macbook Air. It fits my basic editing needs.

What do you like best about iMovie? This is an easy to grasp video software editor for the casual editor who doesn't need the weight of the professional editors. I'd recommend this product to all starting out and learning non-linear editing. What do you dislike about iMovie?
