I like that iMocha makes technical assessments we give to our candidates because it vets their technical skills and also verifies identity with the proctoring tools. Based on scores, I know exactly which candidates to send to the end client. The Hiring Managers grow accustomed to looking at that score and it almost seems like they're ready to make an offer sometimes, just based on a high score. It really primes the client for a successful placement.
