"Great Company - Very nice solutions"

What do you like best about iManage Work? Product works everyday, without fail. New agent keeps endpoints updated. What do you dislike about iManage Work? There is usually a delay with getting a response back on a ticket, but once the tech contacts you they are great in getting the issue resolved quickly. What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you? Workspace Generator updates are resolving some scripting issues with templates.
