What do you like best about Imagen? The Imagen software is easy to use and offers many different solutions to archive, log, store, manage and distribute your content. We chose Imagen because all the services needed are within Imagen's environment, no third party is needed to create a perfect video archive solution.

What do you like best about Imagen? The platform has enabled us to move into a more cloud based infrastructure, allowing us to collaborate with other partners across the globe with ease, and taking away some of the headaches that existed with delivering footage previously.

What do you like best about Imagen? Quick and easy to use, I have to deliver 'The Lowdown" to Prem Rugby's site on Sunday evenings and the turnaround is quick so its good to use Imagen as it neer slows down process

What do you like best about Imagen? We have purchased the Imagen solution at the end of last year and are close to the end of our configuration and migration phase. The Imagen team have been flexible and professional throughout the whole RFP process, contacting process, adapting to our complex administrative procedures. They have also gone out of there way to find solutions to the various roadblocks we have encountered, particularly when it came to migrating our existing content.

What do you like best about Imagen? Allows our customers to easily find, clip and download content themselves. The customisable metadata and annotation fields help for customer navigation and means there is minimal involvement from our end.

Responsive team willing to listen to feedback and adjust to your business needs, relatively straightforward to use, solid and reliable product with high levels of customisation and good scalability. Great support team have always been very quick to deal with any issues.

What do you like best about Imagen? The support staff are always ready and waiting when needed. The user interface provides our end users with a clean and easy way to find and download content from across the globe. We were also able to adapt the Imagen interface to satisfy multiple use cases for distributing content to both our external user base as well as several internal users from around the globe.
