This service has really changed the way I edit for the better. I feel that my sessions are so much more consistent and it has reduced my editing time dramatically. Their customer service is also amazing!!

Great Customer Service
I am setting up the software now, but have e-mailed customer service a million and a half times (just answering my many questions, no issues with the software). Every time I hit send, I get a response back in minutes and they are very helpful. Their great customer service makes me even more hopeful that my editing load will be cut down a ton! Thank you!

Great Program and Customer Support!
Incredible response time for customer support on an issue I had. The program itself has saved me a lot of time. Creating profiles is easy enough too. All in all I'm happy with the program, the level and speed of their support team and the fact that the program saves me time!
