I started using Imagen a year or so ago but not consistently. Editing takes so long manually and I struggle to cull and edit. Wow! I’m back using imagen and the changes that have taken place are amazing! I love the culling and editing software. It’s brilliant. It’s saving me so much time and the customer service is first class. The more my profile gets fine-tuned everytime I use Imagen AI, the less time I spend editing... It took a while for it to understand how I want to edit my photos but now my profile is very close to what I would do from scratch but taking 3 times more. I'm so happy with the service! Also their assistance is so prompt and quick!

the software works pretty great, customer service does NOT

the software works pretty great, but the customer service does not. I subscribe to a plan for a year, contacted them in December 23 to not renew it (renewal date was may 9th) they said it was not gonna be renewed, realized 2 days ago that I still had a charged schedule for May 9th. I had to contact them again, they help with this but had to "cancel" my account before May 9th not to be charged their regular plan which is 7 dollars minimum per month.
