sadly I also Like other first had problems uploading the image then also had problems downloading kept coming up error then once I could open the photos it had editied they were all so small I cant use them for my work or printing so not happy waist of my time doing all that downloading the program then uploading the photos getting the program do its work then redownload to open them just to find out they very small size photos as it down sizes all your photos
