"Very easy set up, and easy to use by all guest!"

What do you like best about iLobby? When a text gets sent to the host! Easy for someone to know their visitors are here! What do you dislike about iLobby? nothing so far, we had difficulties keeping it connected at first but issue has been resolved! What problems is iLobby solving and how is that benefiting you? we no longer have a front desk receptionist, now our guests arrive and have a smooth entry and their host is notified immediately

"Great Product, Great Service"

What do you like best about iLobby? The customer support is amazing; during the setup process, we had plenty of questions/issues and always got a reply within hours to resolve the issue. I can't say how that compares to their competitors, as they are our first foray into visitor management software, but you'd be hard-pressed to get that kind of response time with any company. What do you like best about iLobby? The App and program are light and sleek and perform well. The company listens to feedback and continues to evolve the product as needed. What do you dislike about iLobby? At the moment, there are a few places where there are extra steps to get to a certain point that could be streamlined. What do you like best about iLobby? Ability to invite/register visitors in advance of their arrival and digitally store a record of their visit, host, and timeframe the visitor was at our facilities. What do you dislike about iLobby? Some of the on-screen prompts need to be more visual or noticeable. What do you like best about iLobby? The best part of utilizing iLobby is that it is simple and easy to use. Set up doesn't take long. it is simple to use so that even those that are not computer savvy will still have a simple time at accesing what needs to be accessed.
