What do you like best about iLobby? The customer support is amazing; during the setup process, we had plenty of questions/issues and always got a reply within hours to resolve the issue. I can't say how that compares to their competitors, as they are our first foray into visitor management software, but you'd be hard-pressed to get that kind of response time with any company. What do you like best about iLobby? The best part of utilizing iLobby is that it is simple and easy to use. Set up doesn't take long. it is simple to use so that even those that are not computer savvy will still have a simple time at accesing what needs to be accessed. What do you like best about iLobby? It's so easy to set up, it's so easy to implement, it's so easy to get customer service, it's so easy to make updates. Everything about the iLobby experience is easy. What do you dislike about iLobby? "Great visitor control device"

What do you like best about iLobby? ILobby is taking images of visitors entering facility. Easy to identify, easy to contact employees who got visitors coming. Nothing like that on the market I have heard of. What do you dislike about iLobby? We experienced difficulties with the printer. Still not able to print visitor badges. What do you like best about iLobby? I like that I do not have to try to read someone handwriting, I like the safety aspect of the system, that you can setup visitors a head of the visits and the alerts that it has when it comes to emergencies What do you dislike about iLobby?
