"Excellent, easy to use and fantastic support"

What do you like best about iLobby? The system is straightforward and user-friendly. I like that I can quickly tweak features from the client portal. Above all, the level of customer service has been exceptional. Every feature request, addition, email or edit has been quickly acted upon. "iLobby has made our visitor sign-in a lot smoother!!"

What do you like best about iLobby? Visitors are not allowed to sign on their own. It also doesn't tie up another PC. Once a visitor is signed initially, the returning visitor makes signing in painless. What do you dislike about iLobby? We haven't found many downsides to the system. "iLobby has been everything I thought it would be plus a lot more. Definitely worth it!"

What do you like best about iLobby? The ease of using the system and it works flawlessly. My sales manager and their customer service department goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. What do you dislike about iLobby? The original font that was used on the tags was a little small, but the customer service team along with my sales manager made a change with no problem to the font size to make it more legible. "I really like the ease of use that the ilobby devices offer."

What do you like best about iLobby? The interface of the application on the iPad. Easy to use and understand. Customers can get through the sign-in process without help. What do you dislike about iLobby? The employee pass process could be a little easier. What problems is iLobby solving and how is that benefiting you? The iLobby tools have streamlined our sign-in process and made everything digital. Previously we had to transcribe everything into a spreadsheet from a 'sign in book'.

What do you like best about iLobby? Ability to invite/register visitors in advance of their arrival and digitally store a record of their visit, host, and timeframe the visitor was at our facilities. What do you dislike about iLobby? Some of the on-screen prompts need to be more visual or noticeable. Things like NEXT or advance prompts are not easily noticed by some users unfamiliar with the process. Using RED indicators that BLINK would assist in drawing the users attention to the buttons ...

"We have been using iLobby for many years now and have had only good experience using it."

What do you like best about iLobby? It allows for a secure environment, controlling who enters and tracks who is in the building. What do you dislike about iLobby? I have nothing bad to say about it. It's a great software. What problems is iLobby solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping the office secure, ensuring we know who is in the office visiting at all times. Notifying the employees of who is visiting them and being able to get concent or acknowledgement is great!

"Very easy set up, and easy to use by all guest!"

What do you like best about iLobby? When a text gets sent to the host! Easy for someone to know their visitors are here! What do you dislike about iLobby? nothing so far, we had difficulties keeping it connected at first but issue has been resolved! What problems is iLobby solving and how is that benefiting you? we no longer have a front desk receptionist, now our guests arrive and have a smooth entry and their host is notified immediately

What do you like best about iLobby? The # 1 for me that applies is service. If I can't reach out to talk to someone about a question or issue, then to me, that's an automatic fail. "Quick to implement. Easy to use. Ton of features."

What do you like best about iLobby? The ease of use and simplicity of the interface allowed for a quick implementation. I also really like the automated notifications when visitors are on-site. What do you dislike about iLobby? I have not found one downside to ilobby. What problems is iLobby solving and how is that benefiting you? iLobby solved our problem of maintaining annual paperwork for rules and regulations for visitors and contractors. It also solved the issue of a completed visitor log!

"My experience with iLobby has been wonderful."

What do you like best about iLobby? I like that iLobby takes the signing in of guests off of my hands. It is something they can do completely unassisted, as well as something that can be done ahead of time in some cases. What do you dislike about iLobby?
