PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The platform makes it very simple to relate our risk catalog to the processes where they exist. Additionally, we are able to define key risk indicators and measure the performance of the risk and the impact of any defined controls. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Thus far I have not experienced any issues with iGrafx. I would like to also identify opportunities within the process but I understand this coming soon. ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? iGrafx has been excellent for capturing and documenting our current processes. It has virtually no learning curve. What do you like best? Call to action simulation can be easily equipped and the process controlling unit learns us to fill the rules control out thanks to the detailed datasheet settings (upload from external tools possible).
