What do you like best about IDETA? Hard to say what I like most. I guess a general answer. The whole tool and all features. It does have AI. Maybe that is something that I think is relevant. What do you like best about IDETA? The interface was made with users in mind. That much is clear. I've been able to create great flows. What do you dislike about IDETA? There's not much to dislike about this product. It even integrates with an open source NLP, RASA. What problems is IDETA solving and how is that benefiting you?
