What do you like best about identifix? I like how you can get tons of manufacturer information on vehicles, diagrams, charts, and specs from one source. Also like how you can get real tech experience on a concern and that can help guide you with your own diagnostic.

What do you like best about identifix? Identifix allows us to find repair times for off brand vehicles that allows us to estimate repair costs to customer and/or to our sales department for used cars. It also allows us to find out information about off brand cars like wiring diagrams, repair instructions, part locations, etc.

What do you like best about identifix? It gives the most common cause for your problem whether you search for your problem or your specific code. The search comes back with how to diag the problem an explanation of the system along with other professionals solutions to the same problem in order by amount.

Offered direct hit with a shop manger…

Offered direct hit with a shop manger for good price. agreed to buy and never got shop manager. Two days of emails and phone calls saying a sale rep will look into it. Dont have access after 2 hours purchase to anything requested a refund and they said someone might call me back within the next month to process the cancellation. Basically they stole my money and gave me nothing in return. I highly recommend other shops to buy from anyone else.
