What do you like best about IdeaScale? While the software gives your innovation program great flexibility, the Innovation Architects are the best aspect of the solution. The on-line support staff via chat are great. I usually ask for help and get the answers within a few minutes. I usually find the IdeaScale community members and administrators all want to help each other. I especially find it helpful that they work in governments.
