PROS: I am highly impressed with IdeaScale. The website is easy to design, the app is simple to use, and new members can join quickly. The vendor’s customer and IT support teams are top notch and the agents provide friendly and helpful assistance at all times of the day and night. What do you like best about IdeaScale? While the software gives your innovation program great flexibility, the Innovation Architects are the best aspect of the solution. The on-line support staff via chat are great. I usually ask for help and get the answers within a few minutes. I usually find the IdeaScale community members and administrators all want to help each other. I especially find it helpful that they work in governments.
