"Modern UI, works well"

What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? The iDeals software has a very good, modern, user interface. One of the features I liked best is that you can sort by date added, so you can see what info has been added since the last time you accessed the VDR.

What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? I find the iDeals VDR platform to be very intuitive. Compared to other systems I have used, I feel more confident in my work and less concerned that I have accidentally granted access to something I shouldn't have. (I maintain 200+ documents on the system)
