Excellent and prompt customer service
We have been working on iDeals virtual data room since almost 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience in operating the same. iDeals VDR has helped us with a seamless experience in managing due diligence assignments in relation to several M&A deals. We look forward to staying associated with iDeals primarily due to the convenience of navigating the VDR and also due to their prompt customer service.

What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? I like the clean and uncluttered interface, the logging of activities either by groups, persons and up to files! Whatever is done on a file is well recorded and has done a lot for our team to know who did what. I like the Q&A although our partners don't use it much but it is one facility that will prove useful at a later stage in our negotiations.
