"Easy-to-Use VDR"
What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? The user interface is by far the easiest to use, it's easy to find all the typical features you need to run a process. My particular experience with iDeals involved a Restructuring and concurrent sell-side, all of which was easily manageable by multiple members of our team. Customer service was also readily available when it was (very infrequently) needed.
