"Very easy to use and extremely powerful"
What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? We looked at a number of VDR solutions before selecting iDeals for our transaction work. We find it highly intuitive and scalable for using with investors and their advisors. The ease of uploading documents via cut and paste as well as notifying users when a document is uploaded are features we find particularly slick.

What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? For the most part, very intuitive. Plenty of space. Easy to rearrange folders. Easy to share with coworkers.

Convenience and safety at reasonable price.
PROS: 1) User-experience is great. You don't need to spend time on learning how to use this VDR, because it is very simple and intuitive even for the first-time users. Creating VDR for my Company, downloading a bunch of confidential information, setting permissions, and distributing access to users took no more than 10-15 minutes. 2) This VDR turned out to be very easy for our clients that got access to data room.
