What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? I tried another VDR solution first and it didn't work right from the beginning and couldn't get past the user setup process. Fortunately I tried iDeals and it was the opposite experience. Everything worked immediately, no hassles, support was helpful. The folks that were invited to the room had absolutely no questions or problems. Probably the easiest software I had to set up in the past year. I would use iDeals again in a heartbeat.
