The hands-off approach with auditing validations including knowing that diligence was done to approve the correct people who actually qualify for a particular offer. What do you dislike about ID.me? Although you can't please everyone some of the retail reps find the process cumbersome while customers are sometimes real apprehensive in providing their social security number and you have to respect that in this day in age. The sign up for new users can be a bit cumbersome. What problems is ID.me solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to give exclusive discounts to important groups of people. We see a nice stream of revenue coming through this channel.

What do you like best about ID.me? New way to attract customers and expand reach. Sales and client managers were very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about ID.me? Every time we had a conversation a new email thread was created, making it difficult to follow the conversation. Would also be helpful to give me partners a set-up checklist to make sure all fields and items are complete. What problems is ID.me solving and how is that benefiting you? New customer acquisition.

What do you like best about ID.me? I think its great that they built a platform where people who are employed in different fields can get discounts just for doing their job! What do you dislike about ID.me? I wish there was an easier way to see stats for different pages in one dashboard instead of having to login to each one.
