What do you like best about ID.me? ID.me is easy to use! Within seconds I can adjust the discount level, include or exclude products, and turn the feature on or off (not that we turn it off). After initial dev work, it is very low touch. I also appreciate the extra promotion ID.me provides via newsletters and promo, as well as our Customer Success Manager. What do you dislike about ID.me?
