What do you like best? ICM is Cloud based and was easy to integrate with Salesforce. Someone who is already using Salesforce does not needs to move to a new interface. What do you like best? The intuitiveness of the app. We also have a great project manager and support specialist. What do you dislike? The inability to set the priority on defect tickets. Nothing with the application itself. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
