What do you like best? It is a holistic solution which is very imperative for an any-scale organization. Good product to manage all of Contract Management requirements.

What do you like best? ICM is Cloud based and was easy to integrate with Salesforce. Someone who is already using Salesforce does not needs to move to a new interface. For people who do not have Salesforce, the core ICM UI is user friendly and they simply integrate with your Active Directory. The best part about ICM is scalability. What do you dislike? Icertis has been great

What do you like best? The intuitiveness of the app. We also have a great project manager and support specialist. What do you dislike? The inability to set the priority on defect tickets. Nothing with the application itself. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automated workflows have been the biggest benefits. we are now able to place stop gaps for agreements that meet a certain threshold.
