Great tool to manage contracts, worflows are really good and overall very configurable as well

What do you like best? Single source of truth for all contracts. Entire review cycle is recorded in the system including exception approvals and reasons behind them. Way "Clause library" and "Metadata" is implemented is really good. What do you dislike? Following are the issues I see in the tool: 1) UI is not very intuitive.
