What do you like best? ICM is Cloud based and was easy to integrate with Salesforce. Someone who is already using Salesforce does not needs to move to a new interface. For people who do not have Salesforce, the core ICM UI is user friendly and they simply integrate with your Active Directory. The best part about ICM is scalability. What do you dislike?
