What do you like best? The correct on the fly for the rules and the ability to handle third paper. I like that I can update rules with little system interruption. System is stable. Icertis is useful, but it's not without its shortcomings

What do you like best? It's extremely convenient to have all contracts in a central location for different aspects of the business to be able to refer to easily.
