Very Flexible

What do you like best? I love that Tririga offers flexibility in that it can be used to as a way to enhance your business processes What do you dislike? although it is flexible, you have to careful in the way you customize it and it is very limited with reporting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are incorporating Tririga in order to replace our current capital project application

Tririga has met and exceeded my expectations.

What do you like best? I like that I can use GIS technology to be able to locate assets. I also find the navigation within the system easy to follow. Good Real Estate System

What do you like best? Tririga is a really good database for lease records - it holds lots of information and reporting is fairly easy. What do you dislike? It requires alot of customizing for lease accounting and is sometimes very slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now are able to report on all real estate leases and are kept in one central place. This is great for the 10k reporting.

My experience with Tririga is through platform and environments

What do you like best? Fairly easy to learn. I appreciate the partnership we have with our IBM collaborators What do you dislike? Some of the performance issues related to user caching issues. In the 3.6 platform upgrade we have noticed some defects around leading spaces in reports which can cause issues in the data. We need to ability to provide better versioning and locking of OM packages to avoid promoting incorrect or incomplete packages to environments. More automation ...

What do you like best? We prefer the equipment based inventory set-up to our previous work-based system (Maximo), and the ability to move future work when a current opportunity is deferred. What do you like best? Tririga being a single platform with multiple modules enables a wide variety of users to access one system. Easy to use forms and information is visible to many.
