IBM needs to invest more in stability and monitoring for Tririga

What do you like best? Automating some of previously manual processes. Using less paper. What do you dislike? Customizing for features that should already be in the system (IBR for example). The fact that we are on SAAS but it is the users responsibility to let IBM know when production servers are down. The system is very workflow sensitive. Lease Admin still needs some work

What do you like best? I generally like the look of the system. What do you dislike? Overall system performance, inability to create custom reports that run in a reasonable timeframe, inability to calculate CPI, complexity entering leases with midmonth escalation dates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? From a lease admin perspective, we have only created more manual processes and complexity, the benefits are more related to accounting.

Space Assessment

What do you like best? The new UX functionality is very user friendly and a light version of Tririga which the user like most What do you dislike? slowness from Internet Explorer browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Space Assessment, The Facility Managers are now updating the Space on ipads which is directly updating the space instead of in paper and manually updating later in the system. Saves time.

Connection of enterprise Facility Data

What do you like best? Bringing together Real Estate, Operations, Work Management and CAD data to enable enterprise decision making and right-sizing our organization has been extremely beneficial. What do you like best? TRIRIGA is an integrated solution which helps to solve multitude of corporate and organization issues. What do you dislike? TRIRIGA is very complex and can be difficult to learn.
