What do you like best? Enables robust capture of lease data. Populating the data itself is time consuming, but the ability to manage leases once active is excellent. What do you dislike? Reporting is not very user friendly and data entry is too time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lease accounting compliance, lease admin uses such as managing expirations and lease restrictions.

What do you like best? Just finished up Q1 for 2019 with the TRIRIGA product. We are very happy with the software. This was our first quarter to use the Reports. What do you dislike? 1. Need to be able to modify payment streams that are not included in amortization without having to flow back through Accounting.
