"Long term user, implementor and designer"

What do you like best about IBM FileNet Content Manager? "Works well and stable product"

What do you like best about IBM FileNet Content Manager? In my entire career of 10 yrs on FileNet we did not see single issue related to the product with any Version of FileNet we have used. It is the best ECM and BPM tool, I can say FileNet is the evergreen product when compared with other competitors with respect to security and process. It performs very well as advertised.Maintenance is very minimal. Administration is made easier and lighter weight than in the past.

"One-stop shop solution suite for Imaging, ECM and Case Management"

What do you like best? FileNet is a best investment choice to implement ECM and incorporate legal compliance for documents with an added advantage to solve content-centric case problems. It has an excellent integration with Datacap to solve imaging requirements, 100% ECM capabilities, and provides an intuitive integration with supplemental products to implement rules, implement few BPM like repetitive tasks, and all type of Case solutions.
