"FileNet increases productivity and decreases storage space needed for our records across the Dept."

What do you like best about IBM FileNet Content Manager? We use FileNet Workplace XT and IBM Content Navigator, BPM, eForms and Content Collector. Our State IT Department has written many customizations for us so we can integrate our business applications with FileNet for a better customer experience. It’s a very powerful suite of products that we have used extensively across our Department. Security is powerful in FileNet and allows us to add all types of documents.
