What do you like best? The analytics are very accurate and detailed. What do you dislike? It was difficult to install and ran into some incompatibility with our version of Java Recommendations to others considering the product: no recommendations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track what documents and articles users view on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

What do you like best? The user interface is fairly easy to use. I been using the product for about 1 week. However, I have used other products as ArcGis and Tableu. I feel that they are all related. I have been working in BI Cognos from past 14 years and it's been good the Operaional reporting and mutidimensional analysis and we are looking more towards dashboards in current version. What do you dislike? Still need to get there as per the users exoectation in the current requirements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the fact that there is one Reporting Tool for all user roles, the improved Search capabilities, and the context sensitive functions. We are using 11.0.12. What do you dislike?
