Familiar but improvements are needed
What do you like best? Cognos Analytics has both list reporting and dashboarding, storytelling capabilities and there are many features that many other dashboard products do not offer. What do you dislike? Learning curve is challenging and not much material is available for training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to deliver reports catered to users at all levels.

Even better than the on premise version of the software
What do you like best? Easy to buy, easy to deploy, with all the power of Cognos. The new interface with a cloud deployment option is a game changer for my clients. What do you dislike? Painful upgrade on prem
What do you like best? I like the new UI, and the new modules - like explore, dashboard and AI assistant What do you dislike? the change from js to custom js controls was sudden & painful, and writing custom controls does not have good documentation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am looking at call center data for relationship and insights that no one has had the resources to so far

What do you like best? Good analytical platform and works well based on the data/access. What do you dislike? Currently, there are several issues with the Cognos reporting for IBM CoC-OMS solution.
