What do you like best about IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)? IBM Business Process Manager has many OOTB tools and components in its palate which cover most of the business needs. Besides that, it does allow us to customize existing components or create new custom components that can be very easily integrated and reused as a library.

Easy to integrate in BPM advance, It gives us feasibility of SOA architecture. All human interaction can be done on BPM and service consumption in IID.
